Stuttgart – The first business breakfast that division one organized for interim managers took place today within the chambers of the Menold Bezler Rechtsanwälte Partnernschaft.*1

The event, which occurred between 8:00 and 11:00 o’clock a.m., was aimed at representatives of the trade, who were given the opportunity for professional exchange as well as for networking while enjoying breakfast together.
Interim managers are usually called when companies are in crisis and need to be urgently restructured. The professional focus this morning was therefore on the topic: “Liability Risks for Interim Managers during Company Crisis.” The two referees, Dr. Frank Schäffler of the Menold Bezler Rechtsanwälte Partnerschaft and Dr. Friedrich-Joachim Falcke, an Interim Manager, illustrated this central issue of concern for interim management comprehensively and laid the foundations for a subsequent exchange of ideas among the attending managers.

Fabian Lincke, associate director of the company headquarters in Stuttgart and main organizer of the event, remarked afterwards: “With 35 participants today, we have started very well.

Our guests’ positive feedback immediately after the business breakfast gives us reason to anticipate a growing interest in future events of this kind.”

Further business breakfasts will follow in 2012, in which all dimensions of interim management, as understood by division one, will be introduced systematically. Björn Knothe, CEO of the division one group, announced furthermore, that comparable events for non executive directors are also planned across Germany in the coming year.
