Greg Marriot started his career as a software engineer and continued his career as a freelancer in the development of telecommunication and radar systems. In 1991 he founded the European branch of the leading IT-Recruitment company Harvey Nash GmbH with its headquarters in Germany. The native Englishman was responsible for the setting-up and managing of the business processes in Germany and Switzerland as well as the successful restructuring of the Dutch company. After the successful setup he was awarded the responsibility of Managing Director of Harvey Nash for the entire European continent.
In 2002 he was the cofounder and manager of Personality IT GmbH. In light of the sustained growth of the company Greg Marriott took over the personnel recruitment company alma mater. The entire corporate group was successfully sold in 2008 to the American company MPS Group.
