Today, interim management is an integral part of a globalized and growingly digitized economy that needs to be able to react quickly to daily changes. Hardly any modern company can do without interim managers nowadays – for example in fields such as mergers, reorganization and restructuring, supply chain management, project management, process optimization or revenue growth. In Germany, the number of interim managers has been rising for years, and more and more companies make use of their services. The market grows by about 10 percent annually (source: Dachgesellschaft Deutsches Interim Management).
